Collection Site 2024-2026 Snowplowing Bids for snowplowing for the County collection sites in Waubeek and Pepin for Fall 2024 - Spring 2026. Snow should be plowed when snow accumulation exceeds 2". Driveways, buildings, and dumpsters should be cleared of drifts so as not to impede traffic and user accessibility. Plowing should be completed prior to the respective collection site's hours of operation. Bids may be itemized for both collection sites or the site of preference. The Land Conservation and Planning Department is interested in accepting bids for contracts for two (2) snow seasons. Please include bids for a two season (Fall 2024 - Spring 2026) contract. Bidders must carry their own liability and worker's compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance will be requested. Pepin County reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
