Lawn Mowing and Maintenance Pepin County Land Conservation and Parks Committee is requesting bids for the following services for the 2025- 2026 years: Lawn mowing and maintenance for Holden Park campground. Lawn mowing at Silver Birch Park, including the rifle range area and upper trail, Arkansaw Creek Park (upper and lower parts of the park) and the Ella boat landing area. Grass should be cut when the height exceeds 4" and trimming should be done around all trees and other objects inside the mowing boundaries. In drought conditions mowing frequency may be reduced. New this year is a line item for mowing the walking trails at Holden Park and removal of the bathroom maintenance. Maintenance including litter pickup throughout park area, and small branch removal is still required. This maintenance shall be completed weekly May 1st through November 30th. Please itemize your bid by the following areas: Holden Park Campground, Silver Birch Park (including rifle range area and trail), Arkansaw Creek Park, Ella Boat Landing, and Holden Park Trails. The Land Conservation, Planning/ Extension Pepin County Committee is interested in accepting bids for contracts two (2) years in length. Please include bids for a 2-year (2025-2026) contract Bidders must carry their own liability and worker's compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance will be requested. Land Conservation, Planning/ Extension Pepin County Committee reserve the right to refuse any or all bids.
