Pepin County Highway Department Asphaltic Pavement Material The Pepin County Highway Department is requesting bids for asphaltic pavement material to be used for the following LRIP projects in Pepin County. County Road D and X Big Hill Road (Town of Pepin) As well as additional non-LRIP projects within Pepin County. This bid shall include all costs to furnish and supply the pavement mix including labor, materials and equipment necessary to produce the mix to meet the current Wisconsin Department of Transportation specifications. This mix to be loaded on Pepin County Trucks at the plant location. Please provide a price per ton. 10,000 tons (estimated) 4LT58-28-S HMA / 4LT58-28-S-WMA All bids will be reviewed by Pepin County and acted upon at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Pepin County Highway Committee. This is a bulk HMA bid that includes multiple County and Town LRIP projects in Pepin County. The Pepin County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities in any proposal, and to accept any proposal or parts of various proposals which in their opinion will best serve their interests and comply with current rules and regulations.
