Deadline for all questions is (Monday, October 21, 2024 at 9:00am) By signing and faxing a copy of this addendum to 912-383-6895 (Attn: Mark) prior to October 17, 2024 at 9:00 am. The Scope of Work Includes: Leveling and Resurfacing Improvements to Elm Street from Hwy 82 to Hwy 256 (1.421 Miles) A Bid Bond in favor of the City of Poulan in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the City of Poulan Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the NTP. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the Contract once it has been awarded
