The project is at our Administration Building and Police station at 1150 S Canton Center RD, Canton MI 48188 Work can commence immediately once the timeline is approved by the Project & Facilities Service Manager. Delivering and installing new replacement Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Batteries for the Canton Township Administration Building. o Current Model: Admin: Eaton 93PM 208V-20-60 (40 batteries) Police: Eaton 9355 UPS (216 batteries) o Like to look at option to be done in phases for PD. o One phase a year over 5 years o Removal and Replacement of new batteries. o All equipment and rentals must be included in your bid/proposal. o Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. All existing batteries will be removed from the UPS systems and disposed of properly. o Contractor to be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Batteries. o Contractor is responsible for verifying battery part numbers. o Contractor must guarantee no disruption to building system.
