As of November 26, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Warm Storage Building Addition at the Public Works Jean Duluth Location Bidder understands that the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial informality in a bid, all in the sole discretion of the County. Work to be completed under this bid at the following St. Louis County Jean Duluth Campus: Building addition for vehicle warm storage and washbay with installation of an automatic truck wash system, relocation of existing fueling station, stormwater management and retention pond and other work indicated in the Contract Documents associated with those scope areas. 2.
