Installation of a Cast in Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining. Description: The project consists of installation of a cast in place pipe (CIPP) lining within the existing concrete and wood lathe siphon structure. The existing concrete inlet and outlet structures will remain in place and are to be evaluated for stability and durability. No disturbance of Muster Creek will be required during construction. The construction window would be from November 8, 2024, to April 1, 2025, and the siphon MUST be operable prior to May 1, 2025. Site Address: Kinsey Irrigation District Site Directions: The work is located approximately 12 miles northeast of Miles City, Montana, more specifically described as the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 09 North, Range 48 East, Custer County, Montana.
