**As of May 11, 2026, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** This work involves replacing the existing waterlines with a new 8" line in the three alleyways between 12th Avenue South and 15th Avenue South. Improvements in each alleyway will extend from 3rd Street S to 7th Street South.
