Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project VETERANS PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes grading, post-tensioned concrete slab, concrete sidewalk, slab surfacing and striping, fencing and pickleball court amenities, and PVC conduits and pullboxes for future court lighting. The work also includes the installation of a 3/4-Inch water service, backflow, meter box and water fountain. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 10/30/2024 at 12:00 PM PT PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: A proposal guarantee is not required as part of this bid
