During the Day, the Contractor Will Return if He Receives a Call From the Person Responsible for Maintenance or the Person Responsible for Building Management. When the Snow Banks Are Too High, the Contractor Will Be Responsible for Moving the Snow to Their Snow Depot. The Contractor and a University Representative Will Review All Aspects of Snow Removal. The Contractor Will Meet With the University Representative in October to Review Any Existing Damage Before the Snow Removal Season Begins. The Contractor Will Meet With the University Representative in April to Review the Damage to University Property. The Latter Includes Property Such as Curbs, Signs, Posts, Sidewalks or Asphalt as Well as Any Other Property With Which Snow Removal Equipment Could Come Into Contact. The Contractor Undertakes to Repair the Damage Identified According to a Schedule Approved by the University Representative. The Contractor Will Provide Contact Information, Which Must Include an Office Number and an Emergency Number. The University Expects a Call Back Within Half an Hour of Its Own Call. A Log, Indicating the Snow Removal and Sanding Times at the Timmins Residence, Must Be Kept. The Contract Binds the Parties for Two Years, With the Possibility of Renewing This Agreement for the Same Duration.
