Renovation of an educational facility in Hearst, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work included in this project consists of architectural, mechanical and electrical work required to complete the renovations at Université de Hearst, 60 9th St, Hearst, Ontario, P0L 1N0. 2nd Floor Washroom Renovations: Commence work on Thursday, February 13th, 2025 Substantial completion of the work described in the Contract, barring delays as prescribed by the Conditions of the Contract by Friday, March 21 st, 2025. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security as follows: Bid bond, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of 10% of bid price. The accepted Bidder shall provide to the Owner a Performance Bond in an amount not less than 50% of the Bid Price and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond in an amount not less than 50% of the Bid Price. Alternatively, the accepted bidder shall provide to the Owner a Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in an amount not less than 20% of the bid price. The Letter of Credit shall be in the form appended to this division.
