Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fraser, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000365848 PROJECT LOCATION: 153 Fraser Avenue Fraser, Colorado. This project entails the replacement of an existing exterior ramp and stair at the Fraser town hall with a new ADA compliant ramp and stair. Adjacent Parking areas will be modified for ADA compliance, renovations will be made to the existing roof over the entrance to reduce the risk from snow shedding onto pedestrians entering the building. An existing awning over the entrance will be replaced. The canopy will design assist deferred submittal by an area fabricator ,there is no scope of work on the interior of the building. All other are existing to remain.
