As of August 14, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. It is unknown if the project will rebid Purchase and Installation of a New Transfer Switch Bidders are subject to the provisions of the County College Contracts Laws N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5 governing bidding requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination", N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, and P.L. 2022, c. 3. Bidders are also required to comply with P.L. 1977, C. 33 (Stockholder or Partnership Disclosure Requirement), P.L. 2004, c. 57 (Business Registration provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) and P.L. 1999, c.238, The Public Works Contractors Registration Act, as amended. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to select any combination of bids or to award the contract in part or whole and to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all bids if deemed to be the best interest of the Owner to do so. Please note that the last date for all questions to be submitted by bidders for this project is Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon).
