Region: 4 Counties: Phillips Contract UDBE Goal: 10.00 % Guaranty: 5% of Total Bid Work Days: 80 This project consists of 2 inch mill and 2 inch fill starting just east of Holyoke and going to existing structure B-27-A. A 4 inch HMA overlay from existing structure B-27-A to existing structure B-27-F. A 3 inch HMA overlay from existing structure B-27-F to the Nebraska state border. New signs, rumble strips, delineators, striping and a road closure gate will be installed. This project is located in Region 4 in Phillips County.
