Description of Services Requested: Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking quotes from firms interested in providing Annual Reclaimed Reservoir Cleaning and Inspections: Reservoir 2 - 14.7MG 4232 Las Virgenes Rd., Calabasas Indian Hills Tank - 2.5MG Canyon Way, Agoura - Dia.120', Height 33' Cordillera Tank - 3.0MG Prado De Los Cervos, Calabasas -Dia. 132', Height 33' Parkway Tank - 0.13MG Prado Del Grandioso, Calabasas- Dia.40', Height 20' The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is located in Western Los Angeles County with headquarters at: 4232 Las Virgenes Road Calabasas, CA 91302 Scope of Work o Vendor shall inspect current conditions of the internal and external components of the four reclaimed water reservoirs along with structural integrity. o Indian Hills, Cordillera and Parkway tanks are to be cleaned and inspected once (1) per calendar year. o Reservoir 2 is to be cleaned and inspected twice (2) per calendar year, once in the spring and the second in the fall. (Allow 4 days to clean the reservoir per visit). o Vendor must be able to clean the three reclaimed tanks of up to 3" of sediment using an underwater suction vacuum while causing minimal turbidity. o Reservoir 2 is to be cleaned of up to 6" of sediment with the possibility of removing dead vegetation using an underwater suction vacuum while causing minimal turbidity. o Diver must wear a vulcanized rubber dry suit that is in proper working condition. o A high-definition video of the cleaning and inspection process must be provided to LVMWD upon completion of each reservoir. o A detailed written report with photos must be provided upon completion of each reservoir.
