Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking quotes from firms interested in providing Annual Potable Reservoir Cleaning and Inspections: Kimberly Tank - 0.47MG Kimberly Dr., Agoura - Dia. 60', Height 24' Oakridge Tank - 0.32MG Mountain Park Dr., Calabasas - Dia.50', Height 24' Saddletree Tank - 0.28MG Glenbridge Rd., Westlake - Dia. 40', Height 32' Upper Twin Lakes Tank - 0.40MG Peak Rd, Chatsworth - Dia. 62', Height 22' Woolsey Tank - 0.50MG Woolsey Cyn Rd., Ventura Co. - Dia. 55', Height 32' Equestrian Tank-- 4.20MG Glenbridge Rd, Westlake - 21,000 Sq Ft, Height 35' Lower Oaks Tank - 1.10MG Prado De Amarillo, Calabasas - Dia. 88' , Height 27' Upper Oaks Tank - 0.26MG Prado Del Grandioso, Calabasas - Dia 55', Height 21' Scope of Work o Vendor shall inspect current condition of the internal and external components of the five potable water reservoirs along with structural integrity. o Kimberly, Oakridge, Saddletree, Upper Twin Lakes and Woolsey tanks were chosen to be cleaned and inspected this calendar year and 4 to 5 new tanks will be chosen for each of the next four (4) years of this contract. o Vendor must be able to clean the five potable tanks of up to 3" of sediment using an underwater suction vacuum while causing minimal turbidity. o Diver must wear a vulcanized rubber dry suit that is in proper working condition. o All equipment and devices placed into the reservoir must be sanitized with at least 200 PPM chlorine solution which allows the reservoir to remain online during the cleaning and inspection process. o A high-definition video of the cleaning and inspection process must be provided to LVMWD upon completion of each reservoir. o A detailed written report with photos must be provided upon completion of each reservoir.
