Description: The project consists of adding new mens and womens restrooms to the south lobby entrance area of the Liberty First Credit Union Arena (LFCU) Arena. The finishes for the new restrooms will match the existing finishes found in the north lobby restrooms. The interior restrooms addition will include interior demolition work of existing concrete slab on grade and tying into existing building systems. All required work shown in the Contract Documents shall be included under this contract. All required framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, paging system, and fire suppression systems shall be included under this contract. Document notes. if returned within 21 days of the Notice of Award in reusable condition. All other requested sets will be a non-refundable $300.00 fee. Submit fee for additional set as separate check. For Plans and specifications that are to be shipped: Include a non-refundable $20.00 shipping and handling fee for each set of plans and specifications. Submit the fee as a separate check.
