The project's goal is to improve building energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and overall building performance through the installation of modern, high-efficiency window systems. Responses must include 3 hard copies and one digital copy, submitted to City Hall. Submissions received after the deadline will be disqualified. The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
