qualified contractor firms to provide improvements to Ralston Adams Park. The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP. Adams Park is an established 0.9 acre neighborhood park owned and managed by the City ofRalston. The park is located at 4928 So. 78th Street in Ralston, Nebraska. The park renovation project will replace aging playground equipment with newer equipment to better serve children of all ages and abilities, construct a new basketball play court to serve older children and adults, replace damaged picnic tables in the park shelter, and add benches and a bike rack. Primary funding sources are Land and Water Conservation Funds matched by City ofRalston funds. Work completed to date includes a site survey, schematic master plan, and opinion of estimate.
