Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ralston, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
The project is for roof restoration services at multiple locations across the district, each project requiring a separate bid. The work includes the removal of all demolished materials, installation of new tapered insulation and cover board, all flashing, boots, pitch pans, and metal trim to match current trim, as detailed in the project specifications and documents obtained at the pre-bid conference. Bidders are to submit two copies of a sealed bid for the requested scope of work. Bids may be delivered in person, via mail, or parcel service, and must be received by the specific deadlines for each project location. Any late bids will be returned unopened and will not be considered. The School reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, as well as to cancel or amend the request for bids and contract documents at any time.
