Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ralston, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade stadium; one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade office development.
Douglas County School District No. 28-0054, commonly known as Ralston Public Schools, is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities to complete a school facilities improvement project at multiple sites throughout the District. The project sites at the Ralston High Stadium and the Central Office Building will be available immediately upon the awarding of the contract. Substantial completion of the project must be achieved by August 1, 2026. All questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification or site inspection should be submitted by email to Superintendent Jason Buckingham at Jason_Buckingham@ralstonschools.org. The District and/or Architect will provide responses to bidders questions at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum. Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents. One completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Ralston Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, NE 68127. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope that shows the Bidder's name, address, and telephone number on the outside of the envelope. The lower left corner of the sealed envelope shall be clearly marked "2025-26 School Facilities Improvement Project." Email, facsimile, electronic, or telephone bids are not allowed. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the bidder. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Bidding Documents may be accessed via A & D Technical Supply's Virtual Plan Room or obtained from the office of the Printer: A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127. Hard copies of Bidding Documents must be ordered directly from A & D Technical Supply at the bidder's expense; only full and complete sets are available. No refund will be given for hard copies. All questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification or site inspection should be submitted by email to Superintendent Jason Buckingham. Responses will be provided at the Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.
