Toilet Room Upgrades Phase 2 Project The scope of work is estimated to be between $2,000,000 to $2,400,000 and includes: The Project encompasses a comprehensive renovation of restroom facilities at Willard Elementary School, Sierra Madre Elementary School, and Eliot Arts Middle School, serving students, staff, and visitors. This includes the installation of new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and accessories, as well as new ceramic wall and floor tiles, fresh paint, and upgraded doors, frames, and hardware. Additionally, the scope encompasses necessary upgrades to mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems, as well as ADA compliance enhancements. At Sierra Madre Elementary School, the scope will also include deep cleaning of select restrooms and renovations to the administrative office, along with other improvements as outlined in the bidding documents. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) Subcontractors must be pre-qualified for this project per bidding documents.
