exterior improvements under a single unified general construction contract which includes all aspects of the work according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by LWC Incorporated. TIME OF COMPLETION Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the contract time. Completion date is August 8, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount. A performance and payment bond shall be required. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled within 45 days following the time and date designated for opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding. The Owner shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received. It is the intent of the Owner to award the Contract to the lowest responsible or best bidder consistent with the Owner's best interest. The Work consists of the following: 1. Work will include site demolition of existing walks and curbs as indicated on the drawings. New work will include new sidewalks, curbs, stairs, railings and planting areas.
