APC Cooling Unit Replacement, Turlington Building, 325 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL If the construction contract award amount exceeds $100,000.00, a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required and will be issued with the award of the contract. If the Base Bid or the Base Bid plus the sum of any alternates exceeds $100,000, the bidder shall enclose a certified check, cashier's check, treasurer's check, bank draft, or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee for the purpose set out in Instructions to Bidders At least 5 days before the bid opening date prospective bidders must submit a notice of intent to submit a bid on bidder's company letterhead with a name and e-mail address for the company contact person, a copy of the company's current corporate registration with the Florida Department of State (SunBiz.org), and a current copy of State Contractor's and Business License required by DBPR for the respective trade. Bidders who are currently working on CSI Contracting, Inc. projects or have completed CSI Contracting projects in the last 12 months will be pre-qualified.
