This Request for Standing Offer is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective respondents to submit proposals for the provision of Professional Consulting Engineering Services in the following areas: Vertical Works, Municipal Engineering, Structural (Transportation), Building Science, Electrical Engineering, as further described in the RFSO Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The Town of Collingwood is inviting responses to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) from qualified Respondents for the purpose of establishing a roster of successful Respondents to provide the Town, on an "as and when required basis", professional engineering services to assist Town staff with projects within its functional department via a Standing Offer Agreement. Location - Due to the requirement to attend meetings both scheduled and impromptu the Town has elected to introduce a mandatory requirement of a "local" office within approximately 80km from Collingwood, at the discretion of the Town.
