Palouse Basin Alternate Water Supply Project Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: The City of Moscow in cooperation with the Palouse Basin Aquifer Committee (PBAC), Idaho, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified consultants to provide engineering and consulting services related to the development of an alternate water supply project. The proposed project involves the diversion of surface water from the Clearwater River and the treatment and conveyance of the water to the Palouse Basin near the City of Moscow, Idaho. The diverted water may be utilized for direct consumption, aquifer recharge, or a combination of the two. The project aims to secure a sustainable water supply for the cities and universities located within the Palouse Basin, including Moscow and Pullman, as well as the University of Idaho and Washington State University. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
