Deadline for Requests for information: Vendors are required to submit requests by 1:00PM, Friday, October 18, 2024 1. Purchase, furnishing and delivery of NEMA Class One Switchboard Electrical Switchboard and 900 Kilowatt Emergency Generator Standby System. 2. To assist in reducing potential delays in the construction of the new school, the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District is seeking to prepurchase and receive delivery of the electrical switchboard and generator for the new Whitman Middle School furnished to the Construction Manager responsible for completion of the Whitman Middle School Project 3. Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The Whitman-Hanson Regional School District (WHRSD) invites sealed bids for Procurement of Electrical Switchboard and Emergency Standby System for the new Whitman Middle School building located at 100 Corthell Rd, Whitman, Massachusetts in accordance with the Uniform Procurement Act M.G.L. c. 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws. The Whitman Middle School project will replace the existing Whitman Middle School with a new 3-story, 138,605 GSF building. The District is seeking to prepurchase the electrical switchboard and generator for the project, to furnish to the contractor responsible for completion of the project.
