Covert high school partial roof improvements Project Location: 35323 M-140, Covert, MI 49043 A five percent (5%) bid bond shall accompany bids over $50,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, labor and material bonds, and certificates of liability and worker's compensation insurance. This is a prevailing wage project. Mechanically fasten new Base layers of insulation and tapered insulation adhered to achieve a Minimum r-30. Install new adhered 1/2 " cover board. Apply fully adhered 45 Mil fleece-back kee roofing membrane. Provide manufacturer's 20-year Warranty. Alternate 1: Provide a deduct alternate to omit the roof cover board From the base bid roof area. Alternate 2: Provide a deduct alternate for an induction welded roof Installation in lieu of fully adhered installation of the base bid roof Area.
