A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: o Converting the upper level to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen. o Converting the lower level to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen. o All demo work required to accomplish the scope of work. o Replacement of 10 windows. o Installation of 4 windows for the lower unit that meet current egress requirements. o Modification of front entry to remove the ramp and existing concrete stairs and replace with new. o Roof to remain. For modification or penetrations in the roof; roof to be repaired. o All work to be done in accordance with current standard practices and city inspector requirements. o Disclosure of any relationship to any current employees
