The City of St. Marys, Ga Public Works Department is Soliciting Bids for the St. Marys Fy 2024 Lmig Project as Described Below in the Scope of the Work. The Work Shall Include Resurfacing, Striping, Sidewalk, and Handicap Ramp Improvements. Please keep all questions in a written or electronic format. Contract time shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of a Formal Notice to Proceed from the City of St. Marys. The Bid Bond shall be in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount payable by the terms of the Contract. No bid shall be read aloud or considered if a proper Bid Bond has not been Submitted. Bids may be withdrawn by written request only if the request is received prior to the time and date set for the opening bids. Negligence on the part of the bidders in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after bid has been opened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening of bids.
