Work to be done: The St Marys Aquatic Center (hereinafter referred to as the Aquatic Center) is seeking proposals from qualified licensed pool maintenance & repair service providers to perform the following scope of work items related to pump, stainer & above grade piping replacement: The scope of work includes the removal & replacement of existing pumps, strainers, piping Work includes disposal of existing pumps, piping, strainers & related appurtenances as well. The scope of work shall also include all start-up & testing required to bring the pool facilities back online to full compliance with State of Georgia Health & Safety regulations related to public swimming pools. Notes: This Project's NTP is expected to commence on February 17, 2025, and all project work, including start up and testing shall be completed by April 25, 2025. Pool service and equipment company must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial pool pump & strainer installations including renovations and repairs to commercial pools. Submit a copy of the Business License and proof of the company's insurance for pool service and equipment company. Traditional specialty contractors operating in the State of Georgia may not be required to carry a residential and/or general contractor license but will be required to comply with all applicable national, state, and local codes and ordinances related to the project work activities, equipment & materials.
