The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, materials, and any other items and/or appurtenances required for a successful and complete project. The work shall include milling, leveling, resurfacing and striping improvements. Bids may be withdrawn by written request only if the request is received prior to the time and date set for the opening bids. Negligence on the part of the bidders in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after bid has been opened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening of bids. The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, materials, and any other items and/or appurtenances required for a successful and complete project. All Work shall conform to the Project Specifications and all applicable local, state and federal codes and regulations. Contract time shall be 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of a Formal Notice to Proceed from the City of St. Marys.
