Mission Trace Drive Culvert Replacement The contractor will furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the removal of existing roadway culverts at three locations on Mission Trace Drive. The locations and specifics of the work at these locations is described below and is indicated on the drawings that are included in this Request For Bids. THE CITY OF ST. MARYS, GA PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT is soliciting bids for the replacement of culverts on Mission Trace Drive from qualified contractors to perform the work described in the Scope of the Work. Bids may be withdrawn by written request only if the request is received prior to the time and date set for the opening bids. Negligence on the part of the bidders in preparing their bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of the bid after bid has been opened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening of bids. All Work shall conform to all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations . Contract time shall be 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise, pursuant to federal and state law.
