**As of March 20, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work shall include installation of the parking lot per the engineering plans for the Senior Center Parking Lot Project per the Project Scope and Specifications. All required Contract Documents, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and proof of meeting the City's Insurance Requirements must be fully completed and executed by the Contractor and his/her Surety and submitted to the Owner on or before the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bids may be withdrawn by written request only if the request is received prior to the time and date set for the opening bids. Negligence on the part of the bidders in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after bid has been opened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening of bids Contract time for shall be 120 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
