Renovation of a museum in Brant Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Exterior Repairs and Painting Horicon Museum Annex The Proposed Work is Anticipated to Begin April/may of 2025. A Site Visit is Encouraged. The Project Involves Providing All Labor, Materials, Tools, and Equipment Necessary for the Following: Repair the Existing Front Doors and All Windows to Be Weather Tight and to Function Properly While Maintaining the Existing Aesthetics of This 1881 Building. All Exterior Wood Surfaces Such as but Not Limited to Siding, Trim, Cupola Which Also Includes These Doors and Windows Shall Have Their Existing Paint Coating Removed. Any Damaged or Deteriorated Wood Materials Shall Be Replaced in Kind and All Surfaces Shall Be Prepared to Receive a New Exterior Paint Coating System. Contractors Shall Follow All Involved Agencies on Removal and Disposal of Lead Paint. Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum Basis for This Scope of Work. The Town Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
