As of October 21, 2025, this project has been completed. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Project address : 2100 Silas Creek Parkway Winston-Salem, NC 27103 Design Services Engineering Scope of Work Forsyth Technical Community College (FTCC) will begin construction of a new courtyard consisting of approx. 5 acres. Construction will be composed of two east-west & north-south paved paths, numerous concrete sidewalks, paved plazas, seat walls, concrete stairs, light posts, new plantings, stormwater management & a small retention feature, as well as expanding existing parking area. This project will follow State Construction Office and City of Winston Salem planning requirements, processes and permitting. To comply with the commission requirements of the NC Building code, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, FTCC will procure 3rd Party Geotechnical Engineering firm. Total Project Budget 39,00,000 NC Licensing Statement In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
