The City is seeking price quotations for hazard tree removals in the City right-of-way and other public properties. The intent of this RFP is to select one or more ISA-qualified tree removal contractors to provide all equipment, labor, materials, services and supplies necessary to perform street tree hanger removals as required by the following provisions and establish costs for the same. One ISA-qualified tree care contractor will be selected to provide all equipment, labor, materials, services and supplies necessary to remove specified hazard trees in the City as required by the following provisions and at established costs. Work will commence within ten business days of the contract award and must be completed within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. Those interested in participating should complete and sign the Contractor Proposal Form, scan it to PDF, attach it, and email the completed form to Ben Carson at carsonb@ci.missoula.mt.us.
