Solicitation Number: 75H701-25-R-00010 Renovate the existing community sewer system in Crow Creek, South Dakota, which serves Native Americans on the Crow Creek Reservation. The total performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contracting Officer at Shaukat.Syed@ihs.gov. Questions should be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the proposal receipt date to allow time for a response. Inquiries or questions received after this date will be at the discretion of the Government. An organized site visit has been scheduled forNovember 21, 2024 at 09:00am CT Participants will meet atThe southeast corner of the parking lot of the Lode Star Casino (1003 SD-47, Fort Thompson, SD 57339). The participants should look for a government vehicle, which they will follow to the Crow Creek Indian Reservation for the site visit. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION (APR 1985) (FAR 36.204): The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
