Question Deadline 05/01/2025 This is a Notice for number 75H70125Q00019, Fort Thompson Health Center X-Ray Replacement Project, a ion project for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Engineering Services (DES) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. The purpose of this project is for the installation of supporting utilities for the new Philips X-Ray unit at the Fort Thompson IHS Clinic. The X-Ray unit was already purchased by the service unit and it is not included in this project. The radiology unit at the Fort Thompson IHS Clinic currently has an old GE X-Ray unit. These units will be replaced by a new Philips X-Ray machine. The new machines require different support structure, electrical, and a change in flooring layout. This project will be procured as a 100 Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building ion. The associated size standard for this procurement is 45 million. Please review all attachments to this notice for details. SCOPE OF WORK: See Section C of the attached for details. OF PROJECT: Fort Thompson, SD ION DURATION: Period of is 180 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. ION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this ion project is anticipated to be between 100,000.00 and 250,000.00. : See Section L.1. FAR 52.236-27 (ION)(FEB 1995) ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995) CONTRACT TYPE: The IHS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) ion contract in support of this requirement. This will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36 procedures. QUOTE REQUIREMENTS: See Sections L&M of the . QUOTE DUE DATE: The quoter's proposal shall be submitted electronically no later than the due date and time indicated in block 13 of the SF 1442, unless changed by amendment. EVALUATION: In accordance with FAR 13.106-2, the evaluation for this award will be based on Price, Technical Experience Narratives Similar in Scope within the past 5 years and the quoter's compliance with the terms and conditions for this request for quotes; see Section L. Prices quoted must reflect the quoter's understanding of the requirement, ability to perform, and be considered fair and reasonable to the Government. Price is the discriminating factor for award among eligible quoters.
