Direct Digital Control will provide two on-site visits of eight (8) hours each, scheduled six (6) months apart, along with forty-eight (48) hours of technical support for building control of the HVAC system as requested by the facility manager at Ft. Thompson Health Center. The contractor will monitor and maintain controls for heating, cooling, and HVAC systems at the Fort Thompson Indian Health Service. An invoice must be submitted to the facility manager after each on-site visit. The contractor will deliver technical services for the Fort Thompson Health Care Center Clinic and Annex during the contract year. The contractor is responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of conduct, competence, appearance, and integrity, ensuring patient and staff safety at all times. The contractor acknowledges that the Fort Thompson Indian Health Service will not handle any federal or state tax withholdings, unemployment insurance, social security, workers' compensation, or other statutory deductions; all such obligations remain the sole responsibility of the contractor. Period of Performance: 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2026 Location: Ft. Thompson Health Center, Fort Thompson, SD 57339. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
