Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Thompson, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Concrete foundation installation, lot service line hookup, grading and landscaping for 9 modular or pre-fabricated houses in Ft. Thompson, SD, on the Crow Creek Sioux Indian Reservation. The scope of work includes: 1. Earthwork - 9 lots 2. Import and installation of engineered fill under footings (9 houses) 3. Import and installation of engineered fill under basement slab (2 houses) 4. Concrete footing and foundation walls - 9 houses on separate lots. 5. Concrete sidewalks - 9 lots 6. Concrete patios two each on 9 houses 7. Concrete basement slab - 2 houses 8. Concrete rat slab in crawl space - 7 houses 9. Concrete driveway - 9 lots 10. Service lines to utility mains (electric, sewer and water) - 9 lots 11. Lot grading - 9 lots 12. Landscaping - Finish Grading and Hydro seeding - 9 lots. If no firms pre-register, the Pre-Bid Conference will be canceled. This Project is subject to Indian preference in accordance with the CCHA Procurement Policy, but bids are invited from non-Indian bidders as well as Indian organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprises that are pre-qualified by the Crow Creek Sioux Tribal TERO Office no later than the bid date or February 25, 2025 (date of bid), at 3:00 p.m. (local time - central). Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder after application of Indian preference as set forth in the Instructions to bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities.
