The chemicals to be purchased are diatomaceous earth, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, calcium nitrate (Bioxide) and sodium fluoride. The City of Kalama expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City of Kalama.
