Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kalama, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Old Pacific Highway Sidewalk This contract provides for the construction of new ADA compliant sidewalk along the southwesterly side of Old Pacific Highway from 450 feet north westerly of Quartz Way to 750 feet northwesterly of Quartz Way. Improvements include, but are not limited to, excavation, grading, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, stormdrainage improvements, minor asphalt paving, channelization, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, traffic control and other related work items. The Work shall be substantially complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Kalama, Washington.
