Cowlitz County Fire District #5 is seeking bid proposals from firms interested in providing professional excavation, leveling, concrete forming/finishing and construction services for the District's training grounds at our Todd Rd fire station in Kalama, WA. The project will involve the Excavation & Leveling of designated area approximately 7,950 square feet, Concrete pad forming and finish work of approximately 150+/- yards, Placement of 4-6 40' High Cube Conex Box's up to 3 high, Placement of 2-14'diamemter x 20' high water tanks connection plumbing and construction with oversight of project located at 415 Todd Road, Kalama, WA 98625. Scope of Project The Scope of work shall include, but not limited to, the following: Analysis of the proposed site New and reallocation of utilities if identified Geotechnical work if identified Structural engineering Securing, obtaining and assisting the district with project permitting Project closeout with all warranties, guarantees and Operations - Maintenance Manuals Design shall be, in concept, a 50'x 135' Concrete pad with additional attached 40'x30' off set concrete pad. Training facility constructed of 40' High Cube Conex Box. Placement of 4-6 Conex Box's stacked. Consisting of 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. Proposal shall break out costs of excavation & leveling, concrete forming, concrete and finish work, Conex container placement Qualifications The proposal should clearly demonstrate the ability of the responding firm to provide professional services for this type of project.
