Renovation of an educational facility in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,639-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Question Deadline 11/05/2024 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. Replacement of two roof top units with minor duct modification and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bidder's bond, or certified check payable to FARIBAULT PUBLIC SCHOOLS JEFFERSON ELEMENTARY for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid including add-alternates. A bidder's bond shall include certified copy of the power of attorney. The right to waive any informality in any bid and reject any or all bids is reserved to the Owner.
