Reference Number 0000281094 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/08 12:00:00 PM CST Providing equipment and labour to perform winter maintenance operations on Provincial Roads 227 and PTH 1 Service Roads in the Province of Manitoba during the 2024/2025 winter season. The Work locations are: Provincial Road 227 from Provincial Trunk Highway 16 to Provincial Road 430 Provincial Trunk Highway 1 Service Roads Various Locations Work Performance During Standard Snowplowing Operations, the Contractor Shall Complete at Minimum, an Average of 20 Pass Kilometers of Plowing Per Working Hour. The Ars or Delegate Shall Conduct a Final Inspect of All Work Within 48 Business Hours of Completion. Liquidated Damages Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, 130.5 Working Days Shall Be Defined as the Time to Complete a Work Request as Detailed Below and Shall Apply to Each Request for Work. A Liquidated Damage of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator. A Liquidated Damage of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Hourly Work That Has Not Been Commenced Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Area Works Supervisor or Their Delegate.
