Design, supply and install of a modular or site framed buildings for staffhouse accommodations in Shamattawa, Manitoba, Canada. Shamattawa is located South East of Gillam on the banks of the Gods River where the Echoing River joins, accessed only by Winter roads or plane. Winter Road is approximately 200km from Gillam to Shamattawa. The following requirements are meant as guidelines to set a minimum standard for the workforce accommodations. Work to include the design, supply, delivery and install of the accommodations in Shamattawa. Existing accommodation to be removed from site by the Contractor. 1.2 Workforce Accommodations Consist Of (a) Sleeping capacity for 5 occupants, in 5 small single occupancy rooms, minimum (8'x7') bedrooms. (b) 1 common kitchen, living room, dining room, large storage room, laundry area and mechanical/ communication room. (c) 2 three piece bathrooms, both with a toilet, shower and a sink. (d) Max size of each unit for the accommodations is 14' x 60' (c) Partial Transportation of accommodations will be by Ice roads. (Feb-March) (f) Construct on site a min 32'x 34' attached garage with 10' ceilings and one 16'x 8' overhead Garage Doors.
