Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Creekford Road Electrical Upgrade, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). 2701 Creekford Road is the City of Kingston's Solid Waste Garage. The scope of this project is to upgrade the existing electrical service as per the drawings and specifications for the installation of EV charging equipment. To minimize downtime, the new equipment shall be installed before the existing equipment is removed. The scope of work includes the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and permits to perform the work as described in the drawings and specifications. The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade scope includes the following but is not limited to: - New Electrical Service and associated distribution - Coordination with Hydro One - The contractor will install, wire and commission two (2) Heliox 60kW chargers (The City has these Chargers in stock) - Updated Arc Flash Study - Installation of a 208 to 480V Transformer, this item is in Stock at the City.
