Proposal shall include all necessary vaults, valves, piping, and controls for a complete and operable system as specified and depicted in the proposal package. The Town of Telluride is soliciting firm prices from suppliers for three (3) package-type PRV stations. Proposals shall be from suppliers specializing in engineered design, fabrication, and shop assembly of underground vaults and associated pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations. The Town plans to replace existing PRV vaults at Davis Street and Tomboy Road and plans to install a new PRV along Highway 145 at Mill Creek Road. Proposal shall include all necessary valves, piping, and controls for a complete and operable system as specified and depicted in Appendix A. Delivery, unloading, and installation of the package PRV stations shall be coordinated directly with the Town's selected third-party General Contractor. Connections to existing water, instrumentation and control programming, and network connections to SCADA will be performed by the Town's selected third-party General Contractor. Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) shall be CLA-VAL 90G-01. Piping shall be ductile iron. Where possible, stainless steel tubing and components shall be incorporated.
