Renovation of a mixed-use development in Telluride, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid Package Summary: Bid package #1 includes the following scopes of work: Steel Bar Joists Procurement: Provide bid for shop drawings, materials, fabrication, and delivery for the steel bar joists shown on S101A to add reinforcement at Middle SC Commons 262 floor structure. Installation of bar joists will be part of Bid Package #2. Window Replacement: Provide bid for shop drawings, windows, delivery, and installation of windows. Removal of existing windows and associated masonry work will be part of Bid Package #2. Fire Sprinkler System: Provide bid for complete fire sprinkler system for area A of the Middle School / High School per the bid documents. This is to include bringing the supply line from area C riser room to area A. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. WBE/MBE/DBE/SBE participation is encouraged. Davis Bacon Wages DO NOT APPLY Question deadline 1-6-2025, 2PM to babbott@fciol.com Project is Tax Exempt Addendum #1 has been issued as of 1-8-2025.
